【职位介绍】

The Chen lab in the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology at the University of Arizona is seeking a postdoctoral fellow to investigate mechanisms underlying lung fungal infection and fungal asthma. Research in the Chen lab is currently supported by multiple NIH R01 and NIH R21 grants, and focuses on molecular immunology and inflammatory mechanisms. Cutting-edge research models (e.g. primary cell/organoid cultures, mouse models and human clinical samples) and technologies (e.g. scRNA-seq, CRISPR) are utilized in the lab.

The PI is highly experienced in mentoring postdoctoral trainees and is strongly supportive for their career development.

【具体要求】

Candidates should hold a PhD, MD or equivalent degree and have research experience in molecular biology, biochemistry or immunology as well as in mouse models of human diseases. Preferences are given to those candidates with prior experiences in immunology or in lung diseases or having first- author publication(s) in high-impact journals.
