英国詹姆斯.哈顿研究所诚招2名全奖博士
【基本介绍】
I am looking for motivated excellent candidates for two fully-funded PhD studentships to start Oct 2021.
1) combining computational analysis and methods development for Oxford Nanopore Technology long read sequencing with genomic analysis of Amaranths (climate-resilient smallholder crops). Joint project with Wenbin Guo
and Runxuan Zhang at the James Hutton Institute, Dundee
2) to work on genetic improvement of amaranths - genotying and phenotyping a MAGIC population. Collaboration with LettUs Grow - exploiting indoor vertical farming for plant phenotyping
