Neurodiversity in the Workplace

The University of Cambridge ThinkLab is a unique opportunity to work on a live challenge and develop innovative solutions alongside industry professionals. This term’s ThinkLab is the Aviva Neurodiversity project, with a chance to make a meaningful impact on how a large multinational company can improve work and hiring practices for autistic individuals. 

The ThinkLab is an excellent opportunity to apply your research skills and experiences in new contexts and develop new working relationships with industry partners and is ideal for anyone who is seeking applied research experience and opportunities to build upon existing research skills for broader audiences.
